Continuum Rehab Group in Dallas, TX seeks a dedicated Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) with a valid CNA license. The role focuses on promoting resident independence through wellness activities and restorative care.

You will work Monday-Friday, 32-40 hours weekly, collaborating with the Director of Rehabilitation and the care team to provide compassionate, high-quality support and ensure accurate documentation.

Formación

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Previous experience in restorative care is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with orthotic management, hand hygiene, nail care, transfers, ADLs, sensory integration, and walk-to-dine programs.
• Facilitate restorative dining and group activities aimed at engaging residents, promoting independence, and maintaining quality of care.
• Ensure weights are accurately recorded as per protocol (weekly and monthly).
• Help residents age in place by supporting their overall well-being and physical function.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Rehab and other team members to provide compassionate, high‑quality care.
