Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) with a valid CNA license for a full-time role. The RNA will support wellness activities to promote resident independence and quality of life, working with rehab staff to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities include orthotic management, hygiene, transfers, ADLs, and restorative dining, plus documenting progress and collaborating with the rehab team to maintain exceptional care standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Experience in restorative care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthotic management, hygiene, nails, transfers, ADLs, and walk-to-dine programs.
• Facilitate restorative dining and group activities engaging residents.
• Record weights per protocol (weekly and monthly).
• Support residents in aging in place and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehab and team to deliver quality care.
