Job summary

Aviata at Bryan Dairy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Restorative Nursing Aide, CNA to join our team. You will provide direct care to residents while promoting their ability to attain and maintain their maximum function potential.

Responsibilities include restorative care, documentation, and contributing to improved systems. Benefits include competitive pay, PTO, and health coverage for the family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and state certification/registration.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred with a similar resident population.
• Knowledge of Restorative Nursing principles is recommended.
• Must be compassionate and dedicated to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct restorative care including restorative dining, ADLs, bowel/bladder management, ROM, ambulation and transfers.
• Encourage residents to participate in programs with verbal cueing, one-on-one support and safety precautions.
• Maintain documentation for residents in Restorative Program and report changes to management.
• Contribute to innovative ideas to continually improve systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct restorative care, including restorative dining, splints, ADL’s, bowel and bladder management, passive and active range of motion, ambulation, and transfers
• Encourage residents to participate in their assigned programs by providing verbal cueing, one-on-one, and safety precautions
• Maintain documentation on each resident participating in Restorative Program and notify management of any resident changes
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare by creating and implementing new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be certified/registered in the state of practice
• Minimum one (1) year of experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility
• Knowledge and skills in basic Restorative Nursing principles and practices preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done!
