Job summary

AristaCare at East Falls is seeking compassionate Assistants with Restorative Care experience to join our family. In this role, you will assist Residents with daily living activities such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and eating, while ensuring comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, documentation in HIPAA-compliant records, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• C.N.A. Certification in PA is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing facilities is preferred.
• Rehab experience is a plus.

AristaCare at East Falls is seeking compassionate Assistants with Restorative Care experience to join our family!In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Residents with daily living activities, including but not limited to bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and eating.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any changes in condition.
• Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems for efficient patient management and documentation.
• Conduct vital sign assessments and report findings to nursing staff.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge is essential.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in senior care environments is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent
• C.N.A. Certification in PA Required
• CPR
• BLS
• Experience in Long-term care or a Nursing Facility is preferred
• Preferably with Rehab experience
