Job summary

American Baptist Homes of the Midwest in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide to join Maple Crest Health Center. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support care plans to enhance comfort and quality of life.

This full-time role runs 7:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with every other Saturday and holiday required. A Nebraska CNA license and prior CNA experience are required, with long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Positive attitude and strong communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing.
• Support implementation of individualized care plans.
• Promote healthy, active lifestyles for residents.
• Maintain residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
