Responsibilities

• Carry out designated restorative programs with identified residents.
• Support functional mobility through transfers, bed mobility and ambulation.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting).
• Document resident attendance and participation in programs.
• Maintain organized treatment areas and supply inventory.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and participate in trainings.
