• Must be a registered nurse.
• Current Ohio RN license preferred.
• Experience in long-term care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Obtain report and implement follow-up actions for residents' treatment needs.
• Conduct resident rounds to assess skin condition and take follow-up action.
• Instruct nursing assistants in preventive safety and use of adaptive equipment.
• Assess changes in resident condition and report to physician and supervisor and to take follow up action.
• Administer treatments per physician orders and keep weekly progress notes.
