We are seeking a compassionate and dependableRestorative Nurse Aide (CNA) to support our residents in achieving their highest level of physical function. If you’re a team player with a heart for restorative care, we’d love to meet you!

Your Impact as a Restorative Nurse Aide
  • Provide restorative care services, including range of motion (ROM), ambulation, positioning, transfers, ADLs, prosthetic management, and restorative dining

  • Carry out care plans and restorative programs under the direction of the DON/ADON and therapy team

  • Monitor, apply, and maintain appropriate positioning devices (e.g., splints, slings, hand rolls)

  • Complete accurate documentation and charting in a timely manner

  • Observe and report any physical or behavioral changes in residents to the Charge Nurse immediately

  • Weigh and document residents monthly as part of routine assessments

  • Assist in training staff in restorative techniques

  • Demonstrate professionalism through strong attendance, a positive attitude, and appropriate conduct

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Prior experience in long-term care and restorative nursing practices
