Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) who must hold a valid CNA license to join our rehabilitation team in Bedford, TX. The RNA will support wellness activities to promote resident independence and quality of life, working full-time Monday through Friday.

The role emphasizes restorative dining, group activities, and accurate weight recording, with collaborative care alongside the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Previous experience in restorative care is a plus but not required.
• Passion for compassionate patient care and a desire to help residents maintain their independence.
• Dependable and committed to delivering excellent care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthotic management, hand hygiene, nail care, transfers, ADLs, sensory integration, and walk-to-dine programs.
• Facilitate restorative dining and group activities aimed at engaging residents, promoting independence, and maintaining quality of care.
• Ensure weights are accurately recorded as per protocol (weekly and monthly).
• Help residents age in place by supporting their overall well-being and physical function.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Rehab and other team members to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Job Description:

CRG is hiring for dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our team. The RNA will play a key role in providing wellness activities that promote resident independence and quality of life. This position requires a valid CNA license and the ability to work full-time (40 hours a week, Monday-Friday).
