Job Summary :

Castleton Health Care Center is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Restorative Aide (CNA) to join our care team in Indiana. Under the direction of licensed nursing and therapy staff, you’ll assist residents in regaining and maintaining their independence through restorative care practices. Help improve lives daily in a supportive and resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide restorative care including mobility, range of motion, and self-care support

Encourage resident independence in activities of daily living (ADLs)

Monitor, document, and report changes in resident progress

Assist with toileting, hydration, feeding, and proper positioning

Record vital signs and intake / output; assist with mobility and transport

Maintain therapy equipment and follow care plans

Participate in shift reports, training, and transitions of care

Qualifications :

Active CNA certification in Indiana (required)

Completion of a state-approved Restorative Nurse Aide training program

Listed in good standing on the Indiana Nurse Aide Registry

Previous experience in restorative or long-term care (preferred)

Current BLS / CPR certification

Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
