Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program across Signature Rehab facilities, delivering resident-centered care and expanding restorative services. The role emphasizes maximizing residents’ abilities and quality of life through targeted nursing interventions.

We require an LPN or RN with active state licensure and 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize residents’ existing abilities and independence.
• Assist with potential Admissions as needed at the building.
• Monday – Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.

Signature Rehab has expanded into managing the Restorative Nursing Program.

How you Will make a Difference

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.
• Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building.
• Monday – Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Recognize resident’s needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.

Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift, will have manager on duty once quarterly
