Tri-State Village Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative care program and support a caring team. You will oversee the department, help residents improve mobility, and ensure high standards of care at our facility.

The role requires an IL RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and ideally a Restorative Nurse Certificate with about one year of SNF experience. We offer competitive wages, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered IL RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and Restorative Nurse Certificate preferred.
• One year of Restorative RN/LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all aspects of the restorative nursing department.
• Assist residents in reaching and maintaining mobility potential.
• Evaluate residents' restorative nursing programs and progress.
• Perform resident assessments and participate in admission/discharge planning.
• Contribute to resident care plans and complete portions of MDS documentation.

As a Restorative Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Tri-State Village by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the restorative nursing department, assisting residents reach and maintain their full mobility potential, evaluating residents restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, participating in the resident admission and discharge planning, contributing to resident care plans and completing applicable portions of MDS documentation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license, C.P.R certification and Restorative Nurse Certificate (preferred). One (1) year of Restorative RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
