Job summary

Edfundwest is seeking a Restorative Justice Coordinator to support the social, emotional, and behavioral growth of students through restorative practices that promote accountability, belonging, and a positive school climate.

You will collaborate with students, staff, families, and community partners to reduce disciplinary incidents and strengthen respectful relationships across the campus; hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:00.

Qualifications

• Complete at least 2 years (48 units) of college or higher education study.
• Holding a high school diploma or equivalent and passing the district's Instructional Assistant/Aide Exam.

Responsibilities

• Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral growth using restorative practices.
• Promote accountability, relationship-building, conflict resolution, and a positive climate.
• Collaborate with students, staff, families and community partners to reduce incidents.
• Foster belonging and respect across the school campus.
