RESTORATIVE STNA / RESTORATIVE STATE TESTED NURSING ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME - Cincinnati, OH

Broad River Rehab is hiring a Full-time Restorative STNA for one of our skilled nursing facilities in Cincinnati, OH. This position offers day shift hours, Monday through Friday.

The Restorative Care STNA provides assigned residents with restorative nursing care and services according to their assessment and care plan. The role may also include acting as a Rehab Tech to facilitate rehabilitative therapies.

Responsibilities
  • Document restorative care activities accurately on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly documentation per restorative program guidelines under supervision of the Rehab Manager and/or RN-CCC.
  • Collaborate with therapists and RN-CCC to establish restorative nursing goals and interventions.
  • Follow safety protocols in all duties.
  • Assist licensed personnel and facilitate patient mobility and care.
  • Maintain cleanliness of therapy equipment and areas.
  • Monitor patient condition changes and report to licensed staff.
  • Build positive relationships with staff, patients, and families.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information.
  • Follow dress code and uphold the patient’s Bill of Rights.

The ideal candidate will hold a current STNA license, enjoy working with rehab therapies, and be available Monday through Friday.

Requirements
  • Current STNA certification in Ohio
  • Current physical exam as required by state law
