Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of sixty (60) credit hours from an accredited post-secondary institution or an Associate’s Degree, or successful ParaPro assessment.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instructional and behavioral support for students.
• Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
• Provide programmed practice activities and supervise large and small group activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and behavior.
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with staff as needed.
