Responsibilities

• Work exclusively with the therapy team for delivering wellness programs.
• Assist in restorative care as directed by the rehabilitation director.
• Handle exclusive restorative responsibilities for patient care.

Skills

Knowledge of wellness, fitness, and exercise programs

Current certification as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Specialty certification as personal trainer or fitness instructor
