Job summary
Providence Valdez Medical Center is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant to provide restorative/rehabilitative activities per the treatment/ROM plan written by the therapy team. This role extends CNA duties under RN supervision to maintain nursing unit order and support patient care delivery.
The successful candidate will have a state-approved CNA program, Alaska CNA license, and BLS (American Heart Association); preferred 6 months CNA experience.
Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant course.
- Upon hire: Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Preferred: 6 months as a nurse aide or CNA.
