Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a dedicated Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our team in Arlington, TX. The RNA will support resident independence by providing restorative activities and high-quality daily care under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation.

The role requires a valid CNA license and offers full-time hours (32-40 per week, Monday-Friday). Prior restorative care experience is a plus, and applicants who are compassionate and dependable are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Experience in restorative care is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthotic management, hand hygiene, nail care, transfers, ADLs, sensory integration, and walk-to-dine programs.
• Facilitate restorative dining and group activities aimed at engaging residents, promoting independence, and maintaining quality of care.
• Ensure weights are accurately recorded as per protocol (weekly and monthly).
• Help residents age in place by supporting their overall well-being and physical function.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Rehab and other team members to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
