Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a compassionate Restorative CNA to join our team on a full-time 7a-3p shift. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity, and supporting care plans with warmth and professionalism.

Candidates must hold a current Florida CNA license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. Prior long-term or acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Florida CNA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention to support residents’ wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and report observations to nurses.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, mobility and daily activities.
• Maintain privacy, dignity, and a compassionate environment.
• Document care provided and observe changes in residents’ conditions.
