Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services seeks a Restorative CNA at Allison Pointe Healthcare Center in Indianapolis to provide rehabilitative and personal care to residents. Qualified candidates must be licensed CNAs in Indiana with experience in Restorative Programming; Restorative Aide Certification is a plus.

Day shift with weekend availability is required. The CNA will support residents’ care plans, maintain a safe environment, assist with meals, and participate in activities that promote dignity and

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA Certification in Indiana required.
• Previous experience in Restorative Programming required.
• Restorative Aide Certification a plus.
• Must have a good work history.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative and personal care to residents.
• Deliver quality nursing care addressing residents' medical needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment.
• Meet residents' nutritional needs per established care plan.
• Perform other related activities as assigned.
• Assist in the evacuation of residents.
