Responsibilities

• Participate in rehabilitation therapies (physical, occupational, speech).
• Assist with medication management and vital sign monitoring.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and progress.
• Develop rapport with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.

You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and rehabilitation therapies. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and compassionate nature will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
