Job summary

Aviata Health Group's Saint Lucie location is seeking a qualified Restorative CNA Aide to join our family. The role centers on restorative nursing to help residents reach and maintain their maximum function.

You will deliver direct restorative care—dining assistance, ADLs, ROM, ambulation, and transfers—and encourage participation through cues and safety practices, while documenting progress. We value compassionate, team‑oriented professionals who are committed to ongoing education; a CNA

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license/registered in the state of practice.
• Maintain a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education to maintain certification.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred in a similar resident population.
• Knowledge of Restorative CNA principles and practices preferred.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents to promote maximum function and minimize decline.
• Deliver restorative care including dining, ADLs, bowel/bladder management, ROM, ambulation and transfers.
• Encourage residents to participate through verbal cues, one-on-one support, and safety precautions.
• Maintain documentation for residents in Restorative Program and notify changes to management.
• Contribute to innovative care practices to improve systems and processes.
