RNA/STNA position - NEVER Pulled to the floor! Only working in the Therapy Department.

Part-time, Monday-Friday, Day shift hours, NO Weekends, NO evenings.

Location: Olmsted Falls, Ohio.

A Restorative & Functional Maintenance Nursing Assistant provides restorative nursing care and functional maintenance services to residents, in accordance with their assessment and care plan. May also act as Rehab Tech to facilitate rehabilitative therapies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Record all restorative and functional maintenance documentation accurately.
• Complete documentation as per guidelines, supervised by the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collaborate with therapists and the Restorative Nurse to establish goals and interventions.
• Follow safety protocols in all duties.
• Assist in transporting and caring for patients under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy equipment and area.
• Monitor patient conditions and inform licensed staff of changes.
• Build strong relationships with staff, patients, and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to dress code and patient rights.

Administrative Skills

• Complete forms, keep records, and ensure proper communication.
• Follow HIPAA policies and report breaches.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs constantly, over 50 lbs frequently.
