Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required.
• Current CNA certification in state of practice.
• Personal trainer, fitness instructor, or health/fitness specialty certification preferred.
• Experience with senior fitness and activity training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs with the therapy team.
• Receive restorative training onsite; no restorative experience required.
• Assist in restorative care with ambulation, transfers, ROM, dressing/grooming.
• Collaborate with Director of Rehabilitation and therapy staff.
