Brookdale in Colorado Springs seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide restorative care under supervision, helping residents maintain independence and quality of life. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, document progress, and collaborate with licensed staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a family-like environment.

Strong attention to HIPAA, safety, and confidentiality is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant license and a minimum of 12 months relevant experience in restorative care are required.
• CPR certification may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs resident related restorative care services as determined by the Director, Clinical Services or Physical Therapy and in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern senior care facilities.
• Assists residents in becoming ambulatory with appropriate equipment and in a safe manner; helps with transfers and maintains proper body alignment.
• Follows care plans for active and passive range of motion as assigned; monitors and reports daily activities and progress.
• Maintains treatment records, resident files, and progress notes; reports to the administrator as needed.
