COX HEALTHCARE LTD in Tulsa is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to provide compassionate resident care in line with management policies and procedures. The CNA will support daily living activities and document care accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities include maintaining residents' quality of life, practicing infection control, responding to call lights, and communicating effectively with residents, families, other staff, and management.

Qualificações

• Must have completed an approved CNA training program and passed competency examinations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance residents' quality of care and quality of life.
• Provide, complete, and document resident care in a timely and accurate manner.
• Attend and participate in facility in-service programs.
• Practice infection control techniques in all aspects of resident care.
• Report any change of condition to the charge nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, including call lights.
• Observe residents' rights, privacy, and dignity while providing care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and management.
• Assist residents with social functions and meals per plan of care.
• Perform other duties as needed by residents.
