Arbors at Mifflin is seeking a Restorative Aide – State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to support residents in daily living activities and basic nursing tasks. This role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with grooming, feeding, ROM exercises, mobility, and monitoring vital signs, with opportunities for growth within a respected long-term care provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families and facility staff.

Responsabilités

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists residents with turning and positioning in bed and ambulation for short distances.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
