Crown Point Health Campus is hiring a Restorative Aide to join our nursing team in Crown Point, IN. You will coordinate and provide restorative nursing care under the direction of the Nursing department to support residents’ physical functioning and emotional well-being.

Open interviews Monday–Friday 9am–3pm and a supportive environment with opportunities for growth. Must be a registered CNA in Indiana to apply. We offer competitive wages, daily pay, and benefits after 60 days.

Formación

• Must be a registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) by the State of Indiana.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees restorative programs and coordinates care per patient needs.
• Communicates with Nursing Director and Rehabilitation staff about goals and approaches.
• Maintains restorative nursing progress and documentation for all participants.
• Assists in planning care with families during care conferences.
