Role Responsibilities
  • Implement individual restorative programs designed by therapists
  • Monitor and report residents' conditions, ensuring safety, privacy, and rights are maintained
  • Sanitize whirlpool tubs and showers used in therapy; assist residents with ambulation and transfers
  • Lift and carry equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Provide excellent customer service and resident care
  • Demonstrate interest and experience in working with older adults
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 6-12 months relevant experience in a rehab setting (strongly recommended)
  • CPR certification (if required)
  • Willingness to participate in on-the-job training after orientation
