Qualifications

Role Responsibilities
  • Implement restorative programs designed by therapists
  • Monitor and document residents’ conditions, ensuring rights and safety
  • Sanitize whirlpools, tubs, and showers used in therapy; assist with ambulation and transfers
  • Lift and carry equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Provide excellent customer service and resident care
  • Demonstrate interest and experience working with older adults
  • Perform other duties as assigned
