Responsibilities

• Assist with restorative programs, including ROM exercises, mobility training, and ADL skills.
• Help residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming needs.
• Provide support with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist with transferring residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and commodes.
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
