Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, ROM, ambulation, and daily documentation, while promoting patient independence. Candidates must be CNAs and fluent in English; the position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients ensuring safety and comfort.
• Perform restorative nursing tasks such as ambulation, ROM, positioning, and feeding within training scope.
• Promote independence and involve patients in care plans.
• Notify PCC of patient status daily and contribute to care plans.
• Assist in implementing care plans per policies and procedures.
• Observe and document patient conditions and changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Participate in in-service training and QA meetings.
• Attend rehab meetings and assist in weight tracking weekly.
