Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Ability to lift, move and transfer patients safely.
• Strong teamwork and patient-first mindset.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Document patient care and daily activities accurately and in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain a clean, infection-controlled environment and safe equipment.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
• Follow facility policies and promote patient dignity and safety.
