Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Restorative Aide/CNA to join our Dream Team in Fort Worth, TX. You will assist in restorative and rehabilitative care and support regular patient care activities.

The role emphasizes independence, adherence to care plans, and teamwork with the PCC and rehab staff. State CNA certification and English proficiency are required, with ongoing in-service training and meetings.

Qualifications

• State certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Experience in restorative or rehabilitative care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients with safety and comfort in mind.
• Perform restorative nursing tasks such as ambulation, ROM, positioning, and self-feeding.
• Promote independence and contribute to patient care plans.
• Notify PCC of patient status daily and document observations.
• Assist in implementing care plans and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Attend in-service trainings, QA meetings, and rehab meetings as scheduled.
