Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a CNA focused on restorative care in a long-term care setting in Weldon Spring, MO. You will collaborate with licensed nurses and other team members to advance residents' mobility through planned restorative activities, documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.

The role requires CNA certification, restorative techniques training, and at least two years of CNA experience in a long-term care facility, plus strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing the restorative plan with the licensed nurse and other team members.

• Provides documentation and feedback related to resident responses and obstacles.
• Reports to licensed nurse if an activity was not completed or requires modification and explains why.
• Assists in monitoring and maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Collaborates with other CNAs to provide maintenance care.
• Reports changes in resident function or self-care abilities.
• Provides personal care and assistance with all ADLs as needed.
