Responsibilities

• Implement restorative programs such as Range of Motion, Splint or Brace Assistance, Functional Mobility, Positioning, Activities of Daily Living, and Eating/Swallowing support.
• Document resident participation and progress.
• Provide feedback on residents' status to the interdisciplinary team.
• Attend required training and meetings.
• Coordinate workload with the Rehab Director.
• Maintain resident privacy according to HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred
• Passion and patience for elder care
• Experience with Geriatric wellness programs preferred
• Ability to perform lifts, transfers, and positioning, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds independently
