Job summary

Greenwood Center for Rehab and Nursing Center is currently hiring Restorative Aides who are CNAs. Positions available are both full-time and part-time to join our team.

The role requires CNA certification and involves assisting therapists, managing charts, answering phones, and performing clerical duties to support patient care and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA.
• Familiar with filing and chart management (paper and electronic).
• Able to assist therapists with routine tasks and patient positioning.
• Maintain a clean therapy room and orderly environment.

Responsibilities

• File all documentation in hard charts and soft charts.
• Collect any documents required for therapists.
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls and messages to other staff.
• Perform all clerical duties as assigned.
• Perform chart audits weekly and report findings to the Rehab Supervisor.
• Assist therapist with routine tasks relating to patient care and equipment maintenance.
• Straighten up the therapy room daily and keep it neat and orderly.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and professional relations with staff and clients.
• Perform other duties assigned by Rehab Supervisor/Regional Manager.

• Assist therapist with routine tasks relating to maintenance of equipment, positioning of patient or undressing and dressing patients (13:39A-2.4) PT Act
• Straightening up the therapy room daily and ensure it is kept in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by demonstrating and communicating in a professional manner so as to foster positive relations with customers, clients, co-workers and managers.
• Perform other duties assigned by Rehab Supervisor/Regional Manager.
