42 North Dental in Portland, ME is seeking a licensed Dentist to lead comprehensive dental care for a modern, patient-centered practice. You will deliver restorative and aesthetic dentistry within a collaborative team.

618 Flat rate earnings with production-based compensation, mentorship, and a focus on high-quality care. Flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options in a thriving dental community.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
