Job description

We’re hiring a skilled Restoration Technician with experience in water damage mitigation and mold remediation. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and take pride in restoring properties to pre-loss condition, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for performing cleanup, demolition, and drying procedures for residential and commercial properties affected by water intrusion and mold. Knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standards is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification

• Conduct mold remediation: containment setup, HEPA vacuuming, demolition, and disinfection

• Safely operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, foggers, etc.)

• Complete job documentation including photos and moisture readings

• Maintain a clean and safe job site and company vehicle

• Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete jobs on time

Requirements

• 2+ years in water damage or mold remediation, construction, or similar trade

• Comfortable with PPE, hand tools, and restoration protocols

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Must pass drug screening and background check

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• IICRC Certification (WRT, AMRT)

• Experience with asbestos abatement, fire damage, or indoor air quality work

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $19 – $52/hour (based on experience and certifications)

Hours: 25–60 hours/week, must be available for some after-hours/emergency jobs
