Voda is seeking a Restoration Technician to support clean-up and restoration projects for homes and businesses in Kansas City. This role involves delivering restoration services, communicating with customers, and maintaining equipment and vehicles to ensure timely, high-quality results.

The technician will document work, complete orders, and manage supplies while advancing in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for training and certification-based pay increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Adequate math skills; apply techniques to determine equipment needs.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email, and mobile devices.
• Certification in Water Mitigation, Mold, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all restoration services offered by the company.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
