Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Kansas City is seeking a Crew Chief to lead restoration and cleaning projects across the KC metro. This hands-on leadership role offers year-round work, paid training, and real advancement opportunities within a fast-growing, family-oriented company.

You will supervise crews on water, mold, fire, and cleaning jobs, ensuring safety and quality while mentoring new technicians and coordinating with customers and the office staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in restoration, cleaning, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Leadership mindset and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• IICRC certifications a plus (WRT, AMRT, CCT).

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on water, mold, fire, and cleaning jobs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff.
• Keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Handle job documentation and equipment tracking.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning as needed.
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment.
• Keep equipment and job sites organized.
