Dry Force Corp in Spring, Texas is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician to help homeowners recover from water damage. You will install and monitor drying equipment, document progress, and support teams during restoration projects.

No extensive industry experience is required—comprehensive training, coaching, and opportunities for advancement are provided within a fast-paced Houston-area team. A customer-service mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Restoration, construction, or labor experience welcomed but not required.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and emergency mitigation projects.
• Extract water and remove non-salvageable materials as directed.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers).
• Document drying progress using a company mobile device.
• Take moisture readings and follow restoration protocols.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
• Drive company vehicles safely following policies and traffic laws.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed.

No extensive industry experience is required—we provide training, coaching, and opportunities for advancement. As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will assist customers after water, flood, or storm-related losses by setting up drying equipment, monitoring drying progress, and helping restore properties to pre-loss condition. Our technicians are often the first face a customer sees after a stressful event, making professionalism and customer service essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and emergency mitigation projects
• Extract water and remove damaged, non-salvageable materials as directed
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers
• Document drying progress using a company-provided mobile device
• Perform moisture readings and follow restoration protocols

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site

• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
