Dry Force Houston is seeking Water Mitigation Technicians to join a fast-paced team dedicated to restoring homes after water damage. Training and coaching are provided, with opportunities for advancement. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and safe operation of drying equipment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged to apply, with on-call rotations and career growth

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and emergency mitigation projects.
• Extract water and remove damaged materials as directed.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers).
• Document progress using company device and report moisture readings.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.
• Drive company vehicles safely and follow policies and laws.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

Respond to water damage and emergency mitigation projectsExtract water and remove damaged, non-salvageable materials as directedSet up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbersDocument drying progress using a company-provided mobile devicePerform moisture readings and follow restoration protocolsCommunicate professionally with customers, teammates, and managementMaintain a clean, safe, and professional job siteDrive company vehicles safely while following company policies and traffic lawsParticipate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed

Qualifications
