Job summary

Dry Force is seeking motivated Water Mitigation Technicians to join our Houston team. You’ll assist customers after water, flood, or storm-related losses by setting up drying equipment, monitoring progress, and helping restore properties to pre-loss condition.

No extensive industry experience required—training is provided. You’ll work on a fast-paced team, enjoy hands-on work, and have opportunities for advancement while delivering top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and emergency mitigation projects.
• Extract water and remove damaged, non-salvageable materials as directed.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Document drying progress using a company-provided device.
• Perform moisture readings and follow restoration protocols.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
• Drive company vehicles and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Dry Force is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Houston team as Water Mitigation Technicians. No extensive industry experience is required—we provide training, coaching, and opportunities for advancement. As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will assist customers after water, flood, or storm-related losses by setting up drying equipment, monitoring drying progress, and helping restore properties to pre-loss condition. Our technicians are often the first face a customer sees after a stressful event, making professionalism and customer service essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and emergency mitigation projectsExtract water and remove damaged, non-salvageable materials as directedSet up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbersDocument drying progress using a company-provided mobile devicePerform moisture readings and follow restoration protocolsCommunicate professionally with customers, teammates, and managementMaintain a clean, safe, and professional job siteDrive company vehicles safely while following company policies and traffic lawsParticipate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed
