Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Restoration Technician in Tampa, FL for full-time, hourly work. The role involves on-site restoration tasks including water and fire damage mitigation, mold abatement, and content handling, with a starting wage of $17–$20 per hour.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. We provide paid training, overtime opportunities, health and dental insurance, a 401K, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute work to meet/follow regulations and quality standards while delivering customer service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration and mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation per IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
