Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Restoration Technician Apprentice to join our field team. You will assist with cleaning, remediation, demolition, and restoration of homes and businesses after fire, water, or mold damage.

You’ll document losses with photos, notes, and videos, and communicate with property owners with empathy. We provide training toward industry certifications, on-call bonuses, overtime, and a stable career path.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to wear PPE and work after hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow remediation and restoration procedures for cleanup of the customer’s home and possessions, using the appropriate equipment and PPE.
• Help maintain company equipment.
• Collect and record detailed documentation about the job, including photos, notes, and videos.
• Communicate with property owners, showing empathy for their loss.
• Perform cleaning, remediation, and demolition in residential and commercial buildings.
