Job Summary
A Restoration Technician handles claims involving initial inspections, structural drying, demolition, clean-up, water extraction, mold remediation, and fire restoration.

Requirements:
- Experience in water/fire/mold remediation and IICRC certifications is helpful; construction background is required.
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects up to 50-100 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
- Clean background check.
- Willingness to work some weekends and nights; typically, one week on call per month.
- Experience with MICA is a plus.
- Complete work with a servant's heart, excellent customer service, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services following work orders.
- Perform water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation including water extraction, content pack-out, disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition.
- Assist with other cleaning duties as part of mitigation or restoration.
- Respond to jobs via email and phone; participate in on-call schedule 24/7.
- Create and monitor drying logs, sketch remediation areas.
- Demolish non-structural materials as needed.
- Photograph affected areas, drying equipment, and moisture readings from start to finish.
- Use online software (MICA) to track jobs and communicate with insurance and third-party entities.
