We are looking for additional Restoration Technicians to join our expanding team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Mold, and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. You are enthusiastic, of high moral character, and you bring a positive attitude to work every day. You hold yourself to a high standard, and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. While being IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus, we believe that respect and effort are the most valuable traits of our team.

General Responsibilities:

• Perform industry standard production/restoration process per work orders and crew chief instructions
• Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Arrive to, and leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
• Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians

Desirable Qualifications:

• IICRC certification(s)
• Experience in construction/maintenance; in cleaning/restoration
• Experience serving residential, multi-family, and/or commercial properties
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• High school diploma/GED/Equivelant

Minimum Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary (although seldom)
