SERVPRO Team Wall in Harrisburg is seeking a Restoration Technician to learn a skilled trade through hands-on training. No experience is required if you bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude; you’ll be taught modern equipment and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Learn the trade: Hands-on training with restoration equipment and best practices.
• Help clean up: Demolition, water extraction, fire debris cleanup, mold remediation.
• Prep the job site: Stage sites for cleanup, set up equipment, keep areas organized.
• Maintain the gear: Keep trucks stocked, clean, and ready for travel.
• Work safely: Follow safety rules to protect yourself and teammates.
• Finish the job: Leave sites clean and ready for the next steps.
• Be a team player: Arrive on time, communicate with your crew, bring a can-do attitude.

What we’re looking for:

This is a physical, active job. You will be moving all day and need to be comfortable with:

• Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and handling heavy equipment.
• Working in tight spaces (like crawlspaces) or high places.
• Working around water, fire debris, dust, and standard cleaning solutions.
• You must be capable of working in water and/or fire damage environment.
