As a Project Technician, you will support restoration activities on residential and commercial sites, assist teams and supervisors, and maintain vehicles and equipment while upholding high service standards for customers in their time of need.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong communication and safety awareness.
• WRT certification preferred (IICRC).
• Career-path mindset; not just a job.
• 2+ years in restoration or related field; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer satisfaction and represent the brand.
• Oversee mitigation, remediation, demo and restoration as directed by supervisor.
• Regular vehicle and equipment care and maintenance.
• Maintain job site organization and cleanliness; attention to detail.
